Me too cooller, i was just practicing LV and i saw the sanchez and that gave me the idea.

I think this could work. It's strange because the bike will despawn when entering the marker, but it maybe affects the dumpers. I did this 6 times in a row and I haven't failed it, maybe I was lucky, I don't know, maybe you guys can test it and see if it's actually consistent or not.

Also I need to mention this : after i failed the missapropriation dupe a few times, i did it this way : I think that you can kill the guard that has the stuff immediately, wait for the call, hold it and pick up the dossier. Don't know if this is consistent, i did it 2 times and i haven't failed it (yet).
