Thanks @luckytyphlosion, I had just created the LICESNSE document.

This second throw, I did in certain way to minimize the amount of distance travelled by the player, so the far the player goes from the first throw (closer it gets from the Stronghold), the least amount of distance it needs to travel in this certain angle. (I need images to try to explain it better hahahahah).

Btw, @luckytyphlosion, is this algorithm allowed? hahahahah

@luckytyphlosion I think you can answer @ZeyaTsu for me hahahaha. But, I think it should be allowed, since it's just math and the player must throw the Eyes of Ender anyway.

And, @luckytyphlosion:

  1. Isn't it open source yet? Can't you go to my repository and download the files? If the answer is no, I will fix it.
  2. I think so, but since you need to go too far away from the first throw location (or to be very close to the actual Stronghold position, what is contradictory) to throw the second eye, it's not that useful. Because Minecraft angles are not as precise as we would need to find the Stronghold exact location with only two Eye throws in a normal Speedrun. I think I did described it in the PDF file there in the repository. (If I wasn't clear enough, say it hahahah)
  3. It is explained in the PDF file in the repository, but what the algorithm, basically, does is: it calculates where the stronghold can start been generated in the world (in the direction the player is looking at the first eye throw) and informs that point's coords, so moving 42 blocks perpendicularly to this position and throwing the second Eye (this amount of blocks was calculated by another program of mine), we can ensure that the intersection of both lines made by the Eye's throw will be in a place where it's ensure that the player will throw an third one and it will fly down, because it's close enough from the Stronghold position to show the player that Stronghold's position. Was this explanation good? hahaha

Hello, Speedy Friends!

Recently, I was working on a algorithm to help me to find a Stronghold in Minecraft during a speedrun [Any% Glitchless, 1.9+, Random Seed] in the least amount of time. So... I did it, and now I want to share with all of you!!!

Actually, I'm still testing it, but I think it's done.

Visit my GitHub repository to see more details and to use the program.

Feel free to send me your feedback! Any sugestion is welcome!

Hello!

So... I made an algorithm to help me to find the Stronghold in my speedruns. It does use two positions, two angles and trigonometry to solve the problem and it tells me the Stronghold coords, approximately. Is it allowed?
