How To Reach F28 (Ending 0)

The only way to reach F28 is either by using the 5-Minute Rule (Press Select 100 times on the Main Menu) or the 30-Minute Rule.
The fastest method is seen in Emeraldas Ending 0 run
The slowest but easiest method is seen in my Ending 0 run
