question about the new rules
assuming i were to get a top 3 time (likely not but id still like to know) i dont have a lot of available space on my pc, so i dont use software like OBS. instead i use steelseries moments which is unable to capture the whole session. is the raw footage from the clip enough or do i really need to record the ENTIRE session?
You don't need to record the entire session. Please remember to read the rules for specifics.
-Multi-level categories require submitting a minimum 10 minute long recording of your play session in addition to the run.
-Individual level runs require submitting a session recording that is either twice the length of the run or at least 3 minutes long (which ever is longer for your run) in addition to the run.
-Ideally this recording includes the run submitted or a portion of it but if not that is fine.
-Alternatively, you may submit vods or other similar archives of streams or streamed runs.

- Now top 10 runs require Steam Overlay's in-game FPS counter to be enabled and visible in the recording, preferably with high contrast.
- If you have problems with the overlay disappearing, try running Steam as administrator.
