The lines counter can be seen and the level number. I had to put the webcam very close to the crt and turn down contrast and brightness.

mod: run is being accepted since the start and end lines can be verified clearly. however, the line counter is not visible for the majority of the run, the glare on the screen is very bright. future recordings should clearly show the entire screen unobstructed.
