For Multi-segment, should I be submitting multiple videos or one continuous video and starting the capture at the moment I sign back in? I'd love to do a Single segment run but I was going to start with a Multi Segment to get my feet wet with idea. Might be a dumb question, just interested in trying this out. Thanks for your time!

You can make a playlist on youtube of the multiple parts.

You can stop timer once you stop moving and log off, start back when you log back in/first movement.
