Hi, my two options for recording a run include using my phone or my laptop webcam. The problem is that my phone automatically stops recording after about 31 minutes into a video and my laptop webcam is flipped left and right and there are no settings to make it normal. I'm new to speed running and I don't know if it's ok to record a run in 30 minute segments and post them on YouTube and post the link to part one when I submit my run.

I have an idea but I'm not sure if it would make my run look spliced. Basically I would pause the game exactly 30 minutes into the video and end the video shortly after, then I would start another video and repeat until I touch the grand star where the final video would end before hitting 30 minutes again, I can total up the amount of time spent on starting and ending videos and provide an actual time of gameplay. Like I said earlier this would look like I am splicing the run so Im hoping a mod or someone who knows a lot about the rules can tell me if this would be allowed
