IL wondering
If you look on the sidebar of speedrun.com, you'll see there's "Full-game Leaderboard", and right under that is "Level Leaderboard". You click on Level Leaderboard, and it will drop down with every galaxy. Click on the one you want to submit to, and then you can take it from there.

Hey everyone! The level leaderboards have been updated! There are now only two main categories: "All Stars" and "Single Stars" and the characters are now subcategories.
