honestly i don't think there much difference. virtual consoles are pretty much the same with a few difference that doesn't actually matter in runs. correct me if im wrong but between virtual console on wii, wii u, 3ds and switch. i didn't see any difference.
Wii u/wii virtual consoles are allowed and count as vc. Although the wii vc version is faster so use that on the English version for faster times and if you want bljs. Also 3ds sm64 is a pc port so you would run that and submit it to the pc port version of sm64, if there is a category and if you are talking about an emulator on 3ds that wouldn't be allowed for leaderboards. Switch 3d all stars is shindou which is again slower loading times and no bljs.
