I changed some routing. I got Bob-omb King to allow Cool, Cool Mountain earlier, which has been a bit of a reset point for me. I finally decided to learn the quick route for Talon of the Big Bird, so a few seconds are there.

I died twice and lost a minute or two to that. How shameful.
