Yes if you or your friend is running the NG+ category they can have any suit mod equipped. I do not remember what the suit mods were for Pess' particular run but if you join the discord it would be easier to answer this question an Pessilist is an active member in the discord

PS5 Board Change
Due to Sony removing the Activity Card feature on PS5, the PS5 boards will undergo a huge change. Runs that have used the feature will be removed from the leaderboard due to this.
