Just before learning super jumps, I saw we can use the fences for pauses, so my trick was that : https://clips.twitch.tv/piwali/GlamorousAnteaterFailFish

I know it's longer doing it this way, but safer for beginners if you do it step by step ! (Btw we need to learn super jumps for the world 2..)
