I have added and updated several rule descriptions.

Here are the main changes:

• Added rules regarding "Unseeded" and "No Pre-made Blueprints" categories
• Clarified and updated the completion conditions and timer rules for each category

Note: Runs submitted before this update will still be verified even if they do not meet the new rules.
