Requests about rules

To the moderators:

Thank you for opening this page.

I've previously been in contact with the MOD regarding the rules, and I'd like to make a similar request here.

With future updates and a potential increase in the number of runners, it would be great to establish the rules as soon as possible. (Perhaps the number of MODs is insufficient)

(IMPORTANT! Commands) In Shapez 2, players can use commands. Since using commands can ruin a speedrun, it’s necessary to clearly prohibit them.

(Difficulty) Ideally, runners should be allowed to set the difficulty to "Custom" Setting the target speed multiplier to 0% would create a speedrun that requires different strategies.

(100%) I think the completion criteria should exclude "purchasing all upgrades" To purchase everything, the operator level would need to be raised to around 700–800, making the game excessively long and tedious. (Completing all milestones and tasks will result in "Research" reaching 100%)

Thanks for your feedback — I’ve taken your comments into account.

I’ve added a rule that explicitly prohibits the use of commands. I’ve also introduced a new difficulty variable, “Custom,” so that players can run the game with the target speed multiplier set to 0%. Finally, I’ve clarified in the 100% rules that upgrades are not required and do not count towards 100% completion.

Let me know if everything looks good to you — and feel free to share any other feedback!

To begin with, the conditions for completion are not listed in the "Category Rules," so it's impossible to complete a run.

(OP)

Any%: The Run ends when the milestone "Space Platforms" is completed.

100%: The run ends when all of the following conditions:

  • The milestone "Space Platforms" is completed.
  • Tasks from #1 to #7 are completed.

(Vortex)

Any%: The Run ends when the milestone "Final Qualification" is completed.

100%: The run ends when all of the following conditions:

  • The milestone "Final Qualification" is completed.
  • All tasks are completed.

As I said before, we needs to "indicate that Blueprint library is empty before or immediately after starting" in the "No pre-made Blueprints" category (Otherwise, it would be a lot of work, as you would have to carefully check every part of the runs.)

I've joined the moderator. (Thank you for the invitation.)

I'll sort out the rules as soon as possible.

Please wait a little while for the pending runs.
