As I heard Znernicus saying, and as I think, glitchless makes no obvious sense. Glitches should be defined by the whole community; and the community doesn't agree on all tricks to be glitches or not. Also, glitchless is not a category. Finally, try a run, and if it gets popular, moderators might maybe may add it.
Wall strafe a glitch? what are you going to ban, walking next to a wall?
Also I don't think you can claim you took time to think about it when you don't even mention crouch flying... but anyway, here's a list I made a little while back as a starting point for glitch definitions:
