Some of you may be wondering why your game isn't displaying 1.1.0 in the bottom right hand corner of the title screen.

There are 3 different reasons for this:

• You are using the GFWL version
• You are using the fan patch
• Your game has not properly updated on Steam

If you have the fan patch or GFWL version installed you need to get a completely fresh install, and make sure nothing is left in the install file when you uninstall the game.

If not, the game just hasn't shipped correctly and is on the prior update.

Here is how to fix this issue.

Download this rar and then put everything inside: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 5

Then download the menu.rar and place the entire menu folder inside: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Resident Evil 5\nativePC_MT\id\jpn
