James, did you open the Health and timer 1st? Cause that program needs to be open 1st before running BioHazard 2.

Selecgt the version you are using on the timer and it should work.

ty for your help guys. i got things to work properly now. But now my game sound always crashes in Anette birkin cutscene with Ada ... tried to patch the game to 1.1 and its still crashing ... i can finish the game but without music and a lil bit sound its weird ... help again pls ^^

james - http://www.speedrun.com/re2/resources download "bio2 direct x fix" make sure you dont download the adware that comes with it, read carefully before continuing. but yeah this new Exe fixed the sound issues for me. just replace it with the current one you are using and make sure the new one is called "bio2"

just upgraded to win10 fixed my problem :)
