How to skip level 199 (easy and saves up to 1:20 if done correctly)

Firstly, bring your camera down into the dark red block.

Secondly, once your camera is through the dark red a brighter red should be seen which simply needs to be clicked TWICE.

Thirdly, jump down onto the purple platform and get to the check point.

How to teleport through stages

Once you've completed the game, you can write "level X" in chat to teleport to a specific stage.
Example:
level 16
(You get teleported to stage 16)

If you choose to attempt IL runs, especially on stages set later down the line, I'd recommend you to beat the game first so that you won't need to reset your profile and get to your stage of interest manually every time you fail.
