How to skip level 199 (easy and saves up to 1:20 if done correctly)

Check this video I made for a side by side:
Firstly, bring your camera down into the dark red block.
Secondly, once your camera is through the dark red a brighter red should be seen which simply needs to be clicked TWICE.
Thirdly, jump down onto the purple platform and get to the check point.
