This happened by accident in PB and repeated in another run. Nova in TAS constantly uses a lot of shots, but there are no problems. And I most likely got into a strange cycle again. The screen ended when the "power" value reached the middle.

It might attempt to refill you power similar to health and fails because you keep constantly shooting.
