Are you playing on the Spanish version of the game? The Spanish version has a bugged voice line which gives a chance of crashing when entering the observatory, sounds like that could be the case if it's happening here and in Lisa.

I have the game in English now but the left and right click in the controls menu doesn't work, this has any solution? :(

You can change the windows display language to English and then left and right click should work
