I think they use an autosplitter that starts -6 seconds to account for the 6 seconds at the end from ending 6 seconds late but im not sure about that.
yes, the autosplitter ends when the screen fades after 5-10 but the speedrun timing ends when the silver sunflower is collected so the timer starts at -6 to make up for this
