Playing the original version of the game
Hi, I was just curious that if I were to find one of the Barry Prison Run knockoffs that had the same map layout as the original game, could I use that game to submit runs to the V. 1.0 leaderboard?

They usually stick to the official V. 1.0 version for leaderboard submissions to keep everything fair.
