Hi everypony,
This might seem like a bit of a strange rule change but the rules requiring that FPS be capped at 60 and that runs in the top 3 show FPS (which has been unenforced for a while at this point) have been repealed. With the current strategies, the game is actually decently faster on 60 FPS anyway, so the rule was a bit silly to have in the first place. A couple runs that were rejected for this reason will be verified. If you have an old run that was rejected because of either of these rules, feel free to let me know and I will look over it again.
