I have goldsrc package, it used to run perfectly but now when I try to open it thru the .bat file it crashes almost immediately. When I try to start HL1 on steam it works fine.

Have you tried reinstallation of GoldSrc Package? Does it crash without any windows error message?

If you have NVIDIA card use 522.25 driver

Make sure you update to the newest bxt version since it fixes the nvidia driver crash on startup Also, you should ask questions on the SourceRuns discord server instead since no one really reads forums anymore
