  1. When to start the timer? 2. When to end the timer?

There are no rules about that. The perfect example is "Insanity Ending" category. There is a 6 minute run and a 4 minute run. The 4 minute run is slower than 6 minute run, but Super Mod (StreamCheez) didn't have time to make the rules (The best reason I can think for them to don't add the rules about VERY useful information is they probably didn't have time to) and thats why it happened.

Suggestions for Rules:

  1. Timer starts after choosing what system of degrees would be used, ends when "___ Ending" text FULLY appears.

  2. Timer starts when player starts to move, ends when "___ Ending" text FULLY appears.

Hello, Timer starts when player moves and timer ends when you see 1 letter of the _____ Ending.

France

Like when you see the text or a part of the text, the timer should stop.

I mean like... Insanity Ending exists

Like I just said in the post that there are 4 minute run and 6 minute run (which is faster than 4 minute run in any way I count), and I just don't understand how does that work.
