I will be re-timing the board. Most times should be minimally impacted. This is mainly to isolate runs with milliseconds to sub-4:50. Start Frame will be slightly more specific: the frame that the first stage is visible. Last frame will remain as is: the first frame of the sceen being black after the final boss. I will make a mod note in any impacted runs. This has been discussed with and approved by the other mod, Nescardinality.

Board has been completely re-timed for all three categories. No major changes. There were occasional runs where a second was saved presumably because of a previous timing rule that added about 300 milliseconds. I will also update all the Game and Category rules to make explicit note of the start and end frames. I'll lock this thread, as there is nothing further to discuss.
