Load times are inconsistent in Sonic Movie Maker

I did some digging on something I was starting to suspect about how load times affect runs in this game. There is no consistency as seen here https://imgur.com/a/Jim46 basically I went through and spliced out all the load times to see what actual gameplay works out to (I consider load time when there is no way to put any inputs into the game, so basically the white portion of loading) and I found on two of my runs, my old wr and a new attempt on the wr, there was a 5.19 second difference in total load times which is ridiculous. This big of a range in potential differences in time based on loading makes speedrunning the category feel more like a roulette then a test of skill. It would take more effort to approve runs if we have to took out load times by hand, but I feel it would more positively impact the challenge and fun of running this game. Further proof is in this video I made stitching together DXL4e's WR run and my old WR run as well as a new attempt for the WR from me and removing all the load times from the runs to show what they look like without it was well as putting other timers on top to show what actual time is.The differences in times is quite alot and shows that something needs to be done to make these runs more consistent and fair. Does anyone else have any thoughts or suggestions on what to do about this problem?

Yeah, I've also noticed that about the load times, Really weird stuff which brings the runs to a matter of load times.

Maybe we can do a W/loads Wout/loads time, but that would require to re time the run after we finish, and that wouldn't attract new people to run this game :/

Yeah that's what I was thinking as well. The other option would be something similar to what the team fortress 2 speedrun board does by putting that responsibility on the moderators to figure out. https://www.speedrun.com/tf2 But thats an increased workload on your part. If both me and you got moderator status that would help to alleviate the load for you. Also it would allow you to have your times verified by someone other than yourself I feel that a Wout/load times would be the best approach to fixing this Any clue as to how we would do this?

You really deserve the moderator status, Both the super mods are inactive, So you should message the speedrun.com admins to get the Mod status, That's what I did

I have also experienced inconsistency in load times however there is one point I noticed that is rather odd. It seems the more I use the corruption ball the more the entire game got corrupt in that usage (stopping if I close then reopen sonic dreams collection). There are other odd things such as hearing the sound effect of clicking the next scene button twice.
