OOB and Unrestricted difference
oob allows for out of bounds skips that are not hardware dependent so anyone can do them even if you have a faster pc unrestricted is the same as oob but you can do hardware dependent glitch's like kami clip (freddy deload) and hide deloads

so thing where the game might load to quick is any% was thing that does not need a pc to weak or to fast is oob
