What I was thinking for a new retime system for this was:
Time begins upon the red timer becoming white.
Time ends when the screen fades to white when your character dies.
This makes this really easy to verify, trust me I did this method on my PC with somewes and it was consistent. Although it'd alter the older runs, it works a lot better as a temporary way for someone to verify it until the timer is fixed.

@SnortScout Because I don't know where to put that in the server and also that new run has the timer bug in it lol, I'd honestly just go based off my method.
With my retiming my run is 18 seconds flat if I'm correct and I honestly wouldn't mind helping out here since I bet your getting overwhelmed with runs.
