In the game that I run (Jupiter's Towers of Hell), there's some ridiculous rules in place, and a lot of hypocrisy from the super mod.
Let me list a few game rules for you to understand:
No joke/bad runs (Rejecting runs for having mistakes)
Please use XX0 format to fill in ms (JToH's in-game timer puts it as xx:xx.xx, not xx:xx.xxx.)
Fill in-game time only(you can fill time but dont forget about in-game time).
If you do any of these, even though they're a super mod, and can fix the in-game time and the XX0 formatting thing in a few seconds, they decide to reject the run for those formatting mistakes.
Not only that, but it takes on average a week and a few days for your runs to be verified.
I have a few forum posts on the JToH forums below this line trying to fix the problem, and some screenshots compiled from several people.

https://www.speedrun.com/jtoh/thread/2hsdk I really need someone to talk about this outside of the jtoh community, because this stuff is just fucked up.
Yeah I also only accept TAS like runs on my leaderboards with no mistakes.
Tbh that sounds like bad moderation. If someone does a formatting mistake, point it out and correct it in the submission. That is minimal effort
This has already been brought to site staff's attention and we're looking into it.
In the future, it's better to send a direct message to a Full Mod rather than making a forum post.
