Question about using R2Modman and valid runs

Been using R2Modman for custom level running recently, which adds games files even without launching it as "modded" through the launcher. I've been uninstalling and re-installing every time I want to go from modded to vanilla runs, and sometimes I forget to do it, so I have a backlog of vanilla game runs that I am hesitant to submit for verification because they technically don't have 100% unmodfied game files. Just wanted to ask if it's ok to submit these runs because they are completely unchanged gameplay-wise, but have extra files

I think it's kind of like not being allowed to bring your phone to school but you just keep it in your locker and no one really cares so you wont get suspended. This comparison could be completely wrong so I'm sorry if it is.

That is not how it is like at all. Do not have any sort of mods or modloaders active at all even if you think they are doing nothing. if you have modified your game in the past I suggest a fresh install and to separate a clean install for Speedrunning and a modified install and to not mix the two. If you have done runs with a modified game and they were verified I suggest you tell us so we can remove those runs. If we feel it necessary to ask for your files and we see that they have been modified in any way your runs will be removed even if you think that no mods were active.

Schools allow students to have phones because this day in age its often important for people to have a phone for safety reasons. There is no safety reason why you should have mods installed.

Ok cool, haven't really had to worry about this since I didn't run custom levels until now, will take note of this for the future.
