Just out of curiosity, what happens if you keep doing that? Does inventory have 256 slots or more?

I did it enough times to crash the game, I didn't count but it didn't take that long.

Fair enough. Maybe that means the inventory is limited to 50 slots or some other such value that it expects it won't carry more items than that. Thanks for testing.
