maybe in the future when this potentially has as much popularity as games like Speed Run 4, you could be verifier.

Rules have been rewritten
I have edited and added on to the rules to make them easier to understand. If there are any runs that do not follow and/or break these new rules, please notify me.
(also yes, this is like the nine millionth moderator change)
