How can i be a mod of any game (I know much about Speedrun and Roblox and Stickmasterluke and Down Hill Smash too,I want to apply bc of that

I have edited and added on to the rules to make them easier to understand. If there are any runs that do not follow and/or break these new rules, please notify me.
