Question regarding Refresh rate Update
Do we still have to lock game to 60 Hz and 60 FPS for a valid speedrun to can we up it to our monitor’s RR and limit FPS to that?
I thought there was fire to higher refresh rates meaning more damage due to tick damage but I guess I’m mistaken
there is, sort of. only really applies to the Axe in the mia attic fights and the circular saw (though not as noticeable if you're above 120 FPS).
The axe can 1 shot mia 1 and 2 if your frame rate is high-ish and stable enough.
