Well, there are some villages with only one house, would be pretty easy if someone finds that. Also you cant proof if there is a house for example under a mountain

true, there are villages with only 1 chest for it set seed would be even stupider than diamond% set seed, with the same idea you just spawn into a house with the only chest of the village and automaticaly just break it or if there are also very few things can be faster to just get by hand all of the items, idk with luck there can be an axe in the chest for it
