I think the spa where you have to fix the pipe should be last. We all know what’s first, the goomba one is nearby, then the jungle, and finally the last one is near the entrance to get the V.I.P. Pass

I agree with Mario man except you should just do the one in the spa lobby when you first pass it. Although to my knowledge there’s no time difference
