Like Kasu says if you press the key on the same frame as the cutscene starts then you will be able to move around during the cutscene.

I couldnt find anywhere else you could use this. Except for the Turn-skip I found in the basket ball court. works the same

You can walk up the stairs too while the cutscene plays but very pointless 4Head

i don't get it, press what at the frame of which the cutscene plays of the opening of the plug, on the 2nd shelf, you press it to move "right" as soon as the cutscene plays, you press the action button frame perfect and you can move during the 1 second cutscene??

He pressed the power switch to trigger the glitch, not the bookshelf switch.
