My friend came up with an idea for a Omega+ idea, where instead of just having to get to the end, you have to also (after touching the end platform) go back to the start of the level.

This is known as Alpha Omega. Reaching the end platform, then back to the beginning before killing any enemies. It's just not a category for this site.
