Haven't been able to make this LAG. I've gotten very close, but I always get teleported OOB (https://imgur.com/Kj14LpX). Couldn't find any runs with keyboard inputs on display, so any help would be nice. Also if there are any discords I could join where I could ask questions like these, then that would also be appreciated.
Discord is linked on the sidebar on the left. Under Guides in the same sidebar, there also is a tutorial google doc linked, which has tutorials on pretty much every trick (including double lag with keyboard inputs), so checking those out should help you.
An update has been released for SST that adds the command sst_portal_resetisg. This command removes Item Save Glitch and is to be used in place of restarting the game. This is a temporary solution while a more robust and legitimate one is developed.
