Hi, I haven't played Skyrim in a while and so when I went on it recently I decided to do a speedrun. However, when I loaded the save file, my guy stood up and started a running animation before he's supposed to and I can't move when Ralof tells me to. I've tried using the KappaPride save file too, but I still have the same problem. Has anyone else ever come across this and know a solution? Otherwise, I may have to just reinstall Skyrim and see if that works.

Disabled dlcs?

Yh, I just thought about that when loading up speedrun.com. Will definitely try disabling them.

Also, just realised when going on the resources page for speedrun.com it says disable dlcs or you'll be softlocked. I feel dumb now.
