Is it okay submit run with some Music playing in the background?. the music is significantly lower that the RE SFX and BGM.
I dont see it explicitly stated in the rules whether or not it is allowed.
I do know in other games such as Resident Evil 7, they post that they do not allow anything but game & voice audio in submitted runs. After looking through a lot of the submitted runs on here, I do not see any that have music playing or any audio other than game and voice.
To be on the safe side, I would not record with music. Or at least until an moderator can confirm this, I'm new here too.
One of the problem that i see is when i upload the video some parts might get muted because of Copyright stuff. And that might invalidate my submission.
Thats very true if you are submitting your run via an archived livestream. They will definitely cut out sections of audio on Twitch.
You can play music as long as it's lower than the game volume but if any of the video gets muted your run will be rejected.
