Wrong retiming
Mod retimed my run wrongly. 200 - start time 268 - end time Rules say plus one sec. The correct time is 33. My run got retimed to 31. Link to run down below

Yeah, rules say: "Since you can finish with 0 on the clock, you must take off a second from the remaining time to get your IL time." so 300-268=32 and then take off one second from that
I'll put it to you this way: there's only one millisecond that you see the beginning of the timer, so one less than that is the start. In this case it would be 300-1=299, 299-268=31. Did that make any sense lol?
