I have idea of "World conguest" category. It's difference from "True world conguest" is: in TWC your NATION must capture literally everyone and stay the only country in world, when in normal WC timer stops when your ALIANCE captures all world (all countries in world except you is puppets, allies, puppets of allies, exc), so you dont need to atack your allies/puppets.

So this variant is more like "Any%" compared to "100%", as with lend-lease glich you can make allies and puppets extremely fast, and they can capture other countries pretty fast (especially if they over-charged with heavy equepment), what means WC faster then TWC.

Barely faster that it makes it worth its own category. Also if world conquest gets properly filled a 2 player WC will be added which will be this but more interesting. Also use the proper tread for submissions.
