HD vs SD

Table Clip is nearly 100% consistent when playing in SD as opposed to HD (just holding square and circle together and no other inputs), there seems to be physics differences between the resolutions. This might be a factor in other skips in the game as a whole. Thought this might be of interest.

This is a video of SD table skip, where the right side table is also more consistent.

I'll post MSA's vid of him fooling around with it on HD yesterday, for reference. I get similar results.

So does this mean that u should play with SD?

Norway

It shouldn't be any faster, just a different way of doing it. Arguably easier, however.

Yeah, just easier, might be faster in full game depending on if any skips have different physics in SD

Norway

seems like its a bigger chance of not hitting the trigger in the last vent we "clip" through

Thats true, don't think its just me because doing the exact same thing every time its 50/50

Ey, so the verdict is here. SD vs HD DOES matter... for PAL.

SD on PAL (PAL game and PAL PS3) gives 50fps, which caps the speed from the table clip to 5/6th (83%) of the regular speed. By setting my PAL PS3 + copy to SD I was able to replicate.
