Unless it's for TAS, why would you run it normally via emulation? The only reason i can think of is for the people that just want to pirate the game.

Yes we will not allow it unless it has the exact same pixels as the game the same frame rate as the game and you can play it without crashing then we will allow it

Emulation for this game is not fully accurate, therefore it wouldn't be a very wise to decision to add emulator runs. Currently the only known way to TAS this game would be kinda-of to make a TASbot kind of thing, however it would be useful.

being able to run the game and actually emulating it accurately are 2 completely different stories. I would say don't expect emulator to be legal on this leaderboard for a very long time if ever.
