you have a pretty good processor and ram, which should be the most important for this game. although the graphics card is not quite as important for goiwbf specifically, your problems are likely there. you dont actually have one, youre just using intel hd integrated graphics. i know from experience that intel integrated gpu is actually awful.

Pretty much. The point of integrated graphics is to have a simple, low-power, cheap solution so you don't need a dedicated graphics card. Recording gameplay kinda falls outside the intended function of it.

And unfortunately, building a PC isn't as cheap now as it was a couple years ago, since crypto mining absolutely fucked graphics card prices.

Edit: Something to consider, though, would be cooling. You're on a laptop, yeah? Make sure it's not overheating. Laptops are generally terrible at cooling and that can affect performance, so solving that might allow you to do a bit more.

U dont have strong enough gpu. Trust me, I had a laptop with that, couldnt run any game. Get a good pc or laptop with you and then download this game.

There is a cheaper option but u should prolly invest. I have the acer Aspire 5. Works great on extreme settings

building your own pc saves you hundreds of dollars, i highly reccomend that. use pcpartpicker.com to pick out parts that fit a budget it helps, thats how i built mine
