Slight Possible Audio (voice) delay

Hey guys! I am new to running and do not yet have a capture card in order to stream my switch so I can start submitting runs. I found a method online that utilizes the output of an xbox in order to stream. Would this be against the rules if it caused tiny mismatching of voice/game or possibly livesplit/game (like a few frames)? And if it is not against the rules, could a run get denied because of this? Thanks for the helps guys!

Can you please show us an example? If it's just a means of recording regular gameplay, it should be fine though.

I use that method and haven't had any issues. I recommend setting it up with an Ethernet cable so any stream lag would be limited to the your internet (and in case the router screws up, the Xbox will continue to stream the Switch's video and your local recording will be fine).
