TheSwagatron has an old tutorial for it:
TheICarnage and me actually started running this too yesterday, and we have updated the route with some more saveglitches and improvements and are still looking for more optimization.
I'd recommand learning it with the tutorial and then taking a look at our runs and add stuff from there if you want.
Maybe I will make a new tutorial, but probably not, cause I'm too lazy for that shit :^)

Infinite Sensitivity Ban
It was recently discovered that it is possible to set your mouse sensitivity to a value so high that the game considers it infinite, leading to several new glitchy techniques being discovered.
The rules have now been amended to ban these new techniques in both Inbounds No SLA Legacy and Glitchless.
